Where are we located?

We are on the second floor. Elevators and stairs can be found next to the entrance of Senate Avenue Brewing.

What insurances do we accept?

We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Tricare.

We are out of network with Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare but do take patients with or without out of network benefits. We send claims to your out of network insurance providers on your behalf.

We take private pay.

What documents do I need to get started?

For all new patients, we ask for a referral and doctor’s notes from the last visit from your child’s provider.

All medical records and referrals can be faxed to 281-609-1163 or emailed to hello@launchhtx.com.

How do I get started?

Fill out our submission form. Once you complete a submission form, a member of our team will send out intake paperwork through our portal, Fusion Web Clinic, and a welcome email with a request for medical records and referral.

A member of our team will reach out to you again after all intake forms and required documents are submitted to schedule an evaluation and place you on the schedule. You’ll be assigned a therapist that will best fit your child’s needs.

What if my child is sick?

If your child is sick, please contact your therapist to cancel/reschedule your appointment. We ask that all kids be free of fever, vomiting, and/or diarrhea for at least 24 hours.
